DOMESTIC SHIPPING

A) Do you provide shipping all over the India?
Yes

B) Which locations do you ship your products?
LBM ships throughout India so you can receive your order in any corner of the country within the confines of your home.

C) Are there any shipping charges?
No.

D) How are orders packaged?
We go an extra mile to make sure you receive your order in top-notch condition. Each item is wrapped in sturdy packaging so that it stays free from any physical damage. So far, LBM has received minimal complaints about damaged items due to packaging.

E) Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
No
Incase, your product is already shipped and you wish to change the address, we will have to reship your order again to a different address which will charge you INR 250.

F) What are the shipping timelines?
Minimum : 3 to 5 Days
Maximum : 7 to 10 Days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

LBM provides international shipments. We happily offer our customers lucrative shipping for all international orders.
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are borne by the customer. As the recipient, you are liable for all applicable import duties, customs and local sales taxes (If any) levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Exchanges and Returns are not applicable on International Orders.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Dear Customers,
Please read the enlisted Terms & Conditions brief before placing an order. It will be implicit that the customer has unconditionally accepted all the terms and conditions when making the payment or placing an order.

Exchange complaints should be raised within 24 HOURS after receiving the product.

As a company policy we do not provide return/refund on any product once sold. Once the LBM Clothing pieces are sold, they can be exchanged in case of any manufacturing defect. Customer will be issued a voucher; in case the product is not in stock.

360-degree parcel opening video is compulsory. The unboxing parcel video is required in case of any damage or wrong or missing item, issue must be clear in the video without any pause or cut and reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

While we strive to offer you best quality products however, we do not take guarantee on embroidery/zari etc. Returns on the basis of these conditions will not be processed.

Do expect slight colour variations or brightness due to digital photography or mobile/computer monitor settings. 10-20 % colour difference is normal. Therefore, there is no EXCHANGE on basis of colour resolution.

Small issues like size change, removable stains or spot will not be considered for EXCHANGE.

Exchange parcel should come in primary packing; multiple fold is not allowed.

Products that are on sale or discounted, are not eligible for exchange. Please go through the size chart carefully for on-sale products.

Do not accept the parcel if the parcel was opened, or cut.

Products ordered from Offer section will not be eligible for size exchange

If the product is eligible for exchange, you may contact with LBM team within 24 WORKING HOURS of delivery to request an exchange.

Once accepted by the LBM team, please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have a reverse pickup facility. The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable.

Please do not forget to take receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. LBM Clothing will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
